Shipping

We ship via Purolator.  If you'd like us to ship via Canada Post, please add $10.00 to the shipping price.  If you have a preferred courier, please let us know and we'll get a price quote for shipping for you!

 

Shipping Options

Anywhere in Alberta Flat Rate (for up to 2 regular sized pieces): $20.00

Anywhere in Canada Flat Rate (for up to 2 regular sized pieces): $40.00

Anywhere in the US Flat Rate (for up to 2 regular sized pieces): $50.00

For overseas shipping or more than 2 pieces, or for large pieces, we'll send you a price quote!

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your item(s), please notify me within 7 days of reception.

 

Please do not send item(s) back without messaging me first. We can discuss a refund.

 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are the buyer's responsibilities. Return shipping costs are also the buyer's responsibilities.

 

The item will be refunded in full once it arrives at my studio in good condition. If your item arrives in pieces (broke during shipping), contact me within 3 days of reception. For a refund, I need pictures of the item as it arrived IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX.

 

Payment and Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. 

• Canadian customers outside Alberta are responsible for paying their own provincial taxes.

• US customers are responsible for any extra customs fees and taxes.
